You retain ownership of the information, files, and links you submit through the Application ("Your Content"), including business details, questionnaire responses, notes, and links to shared files. You grant Five West a limited license to use, store, and display Your Content as needed to provide the Application and to carry out the project work you have engaged us for. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit Your Content.

5. Third-Party Services

The Application may link to or rely on third-party services (for example, Google Drive or BugHerd). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and Five West is not responsible for their availability, content, or practices.

6. Email and Notifications

The Application sends automated emails related to your projects, such as project updates, discussion replies, mentions, and status changes. By registering, you agree to receive these project-related communications at the email address on your account.
